Dieters, if you want to lose weight, take the diet test!

The new Skip-A-Day Diet will turn off your appetite for a period of up to 48 hours.  It has been in development for about 17 years and seems to work about 95% of the time. It might work for you! The best thing about the Diet is that it’s free. You pay nothing and you can stay on it as long as you like.  There are not special foods or supplements to buy, no dues to pay, and no restrictions on the foods you eat. Give the diet a test drive to see if it’s right for you.

To test the diet properly, you must go through one complete cycle, which is one day of eating and one day of dieting. It will take 48 hours to complete the test. After you pass the test, you can start losing weight on the Skip-A-Day Diet.

It consists of an Eat-Day and a Diet-Day. The goal of the diet is to let you consume enough healthy food to last a period of two days.  This will be your balanced nutritional allowance for that period. You will be able to tell when you’ve had enough to eat because your body will shut off your appetite.  When you eat enough and get a good night’s sleep, your appetite may disappear for up to 48 hours.

When you get up in the morning, you will not be hunger because everything will be in balance.  The only thing you can consume and be sure to keep your system in balance is water. If you fail the skip-a-day test, chances are you broke-down and ate something or drank something that triggered your appetite. If you can pass the test, there is a good chance that you can lose weight with the Skip-A-Day Diet.

Here is how the diet forces the body to give up its stored fat. The first night, your body will process and distribute the nutrients you consumed that day.  The second night, your body will draw on your stored fat and bring your reserve energy level back up to full. This way you will be deliberately targeting and burning stored body fat, which means you will have a permanent weight loss.

You will be able to consume your full nutritional allowance the first day and eat nothing at all the second day.  People who have a recommended dietary allowance of 2,400 calories per day, may consume up to 3,000 on eat day. This will give them about 1,500 calories per day for the two-day period.
